About You

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef in a B&I setting
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Passionate about high-quality food and service
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Qualifications

• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent)
• Experience in B&I catering highly desirable

Your Role

• Support the Head Chef in daily operations
• Maintain high standards in food quality and hygiene
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to menu innovation
