🚨 Assembly Operatives Wanted - Heating Systems

📍 Location: Belper Derbyshire

🕒 Start Date: ASAP | Full-Time | Temporary

💷 Pay Rates & Progression

Day Shift: £13.45/hour → Up to £16.99/hour

Afternoon Shift: £15.34/hour → Up to £18.87/hour

🕘 Shift Patterns

Day Shift:

- Mon-Thurs: 06:00-14:30

- Fri: 06:00-12:00

Afternoon Shift:

- Mon-Thurs: 14:30-23:00

- Fri: 12:00-18:00

🔧 Your Role

As an Assembly Operative, you'll help build high-efficiency heating systems in a fast-paced (90 sec takt time), supportive environment.

You'll be responsible for:

- Assembling components using guided computer screens

- Performing safety & quality checks

- Operating hand/power tools & machinery

- Keeping your work area clean & organised

- Collaborating to meet production targets

- Following health & safety procedures
