We're Hiring: Yard Marshall in Barrow Upon Soar

Location: Barrow Upon Soar

Pay: £15.02 per hour

Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Breaks: 30-minute paid break

Type: Full-time, Permanent

We're looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Yard Marshall to join a busy logistics operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to maintaining yard safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee vehicle movements within the yard

* Ensure safe and efficient traffic flow

* Communicate with drivers and warehouse teams

* Monitor yard activity and report any issues

* Maintain a clean and organised working environment

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a yard or transport environment preferred but happy to train

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure

* Safety-focused and physically fit
