What You'll Be Doing: As a representative of ScotRail, you'll create a safe, welcoming, and first-class experience for passengers. Your responsibilities include: Ticketing &amp; Transactions - Checking and issuing tickets, handling cash and card payments. Train Patrol &amp; Customer Support - Managing crowded conditions, assisting passengers, and resolving travel concerns. Accessibility Assistance - Supporting passengers with disabilities as they board and alight trains, including using a portable ramp (weighing up to 15kg) when required. Your ability to stay calm, organized, and adaptable is key to ensuring a smooth and positive journey for everyone.
