Blue Arrow are currently recruiting an audio typist to work at a hospital in the Telford area. Job roles:<ul><li>Working within the ENT department, listening to recorded audios such as dictated notes and letters and typing them into a written document.</li><li>Transcribing text documents, patient letters, reports and discharge summaries.</li><li>Creating well-present documents, such as reports, letters and correspondence</li><li>Managing printing and posting letters.</li><li>Filling and faxing documents.</li><li>Managing patient databases, updating files, and diary managements.</li><li>Other administration duties to support the department; taking calls, booking appointments, and handling general office duties.</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Must be confident in fast and accurate typing, with strong spelling and grammar</li><li>Must be able to obtain a BASIC DBS DISCLOSURE</li><li>Good organisation skills</li><li>Ideally have previous experience in this role or a similar position</li></ul> About you:<ul><li>Able to work at a fast pace</li><li>accurately and methodically</li><li>Meet deadlines</li><li>Able to use medical terminology</li></ul> Hours: Monday to Friday ongoing - various shift patterns available; 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pmPay rate: £13.50 an hourImmediate Start Blue Arrow Benefits: <ul><li>Weekly pay</li><li>Pensions scheme</li><li>Holiday accrual</li><li>Blue Arrow app - manage your timetable, view local work, accept/decline shifts, receive job notifications, etc</li></ul> If you are interested in this role, please click APPLY nowBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
