📍 The Role

• Location: Southampton, Hampshire
• Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
• Hours: Full-time
• Pay: £14.70 per hour
• Schedule: Mainly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support for events

🍴 Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in daily operations
• Motivate the team to maintain high standards
• Ensure food safety and allergen controls are met
• Contribute to creative menu planning
• Manage mise en place and ensure smooth service
• Assist with school events and functions

👤 About You

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in contract catering, ideally in education or B&I settings
• Passionate about fresh, seasonal food
• Strong attention to detail and food safety standards
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexible and proactive approach
