Counterbalance Forklift Driver - Fradley, Lichfield
Location: Fradley, Lichfield
Pay: £15.00 per hour (Weekly PAYE)
Hours: Evening shifts starting between 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Shift Length: 8.5 hours (including a 30-minute unpaid break)
Contract Type: Temp to Perm (Guaranteed after 12 weeks)

This role is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced logistics or pallet distribution environments such as Palletways or Palletline.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move 200-300 pallets per shift
* Assist with efficient loading and unloading of goods
* Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity
* Complete a practical assessment before starting


What We're Looking For:

* A valid counterbalance forklift license (in-house licenses accepted)
* Previous experience in pallet networking or similar fast-paced settings
* Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
