Ongoing temp position - Transport Dispatch Agent

Working hours - 2am - 10am

Working days - Tuesday to Saturday

Location - Bellshill

Hourly pay £15.52 per hour

Our client in Bellshill is looking for a Transport Dispatch Agent to work their night shift 2am - 10am, Tuesday to Saturday. Ideally, we are looking for someone from a transport background but or someone with a work history of admin. Please see job spec below…..

• Dispatch & Brief drivers (outbound and inbound)
• Monitoring and Tracking vehicle and driver movements
• Reporting delays and route issues to managers and stations
• Dealing with Breakdowns & VOR'S
• Ensuring driver compliance checks completed daily.
• Using internal dispatch systems & Tracking Systems
• Ensuring Vehicle compliance checks are completed monthly.
• General Admin Duties
• Filing
