📍 Location: Belper, Derbyshire (own transport essential due to location)
💰 Pay: Up to £60,000 per annum + Bonus Opportunities
🕒 Hours: 39.5
🗓️ Contract Type: Permanent

What You'll Achieve Together

* Analyse business forecasts and operational trends to assess capacity needs.
* Develop and refine planning models to improve resource utilisation.
* Align capacity strategies with business goals across teams.
* Lead planning meetings and present KPIs to drive transparency.
* Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
* Lead and develop the capacity planning team, fostering collaboration and excellence.

What Makes You Successful

* Degree or equivalent in business or related field (diverse backgrounds welcome).
* Strong experience in capacity planning, ideally in a leadership role.
* Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
* Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methods (beneficial but not essential).
* Skilled in data analytics and forecasting, with ability to present insights clearly.
* Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
