Managing staff rotas, storage, stock rotation, budget guidelines, food waste, storage, monitoring, kitchen equipment, stock levels, energy management, health and safety, food training, standards Some duty management work. To provide excellent quality food production in relation to all kitchen areas, managing restaurant, and banqueting areas.
