What You'll Do:
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
* Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
* Contribute creative ideas for menus and specials
* Work collaboratively with a dedicated kitchen team

What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
* Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and innovative cooking
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
* Flexibility to work across contract catering, hotel, or restaurant settings
