💷 Competitive Pay Rates 

* Day Shift: £13.45/hour 

* Afternoon Shift: £15.34/hour 

 Pay Progression: 

Up to £16.99 (Morning) 

Up to £18.87 (Afternoon)

🕘 Shift Patterns with Early Friday Finishes!

Enjoy a better work-life balance with our rotating shifts:

Day Shift:

* Monday-Thursday: 06:00-14:30

* Friday: 06:00-12:00

Afternoon Shift:

* Monday-Thursday: 14:30-23:00

* Friday: 12:00-18:00

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing

🔧 Assemble heating system components with precision and care

✅ Perform quality checks to meet top-tier safety standards

🛠️ Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery confidently

🧼 Maintain a clean and efficient workspace

🤝 Collaborate with a supportive team to hit production goals

⚠️ Follow health & safety protocols like a pro

🎯 What We're Looking For

🏭 Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (preferred, not essential)

✋ Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
