We're looking for a part-time Catering Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking catering team in Newton Abbot. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

🧑‍🍳 Shift Pattern:

• Sunday: 08:30 - 18:00
• Monday: 12:00 - 18:00
• Tuesday: 12:00 - 18:00
• Wednesday: 08:30 - 18:00
• Weekend work is required as part of the regular rota.
• Flexibility to cover other days due to staff sickness or holiday cover is essential.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and service
• Set up and clear down dining and service areas
• Support hospitality and snack service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Previous catering or food service experience (preferred but not essential)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and provide cover when needed
