Business Solution Partner needed!! * Salary: £48,000 * Location: Hybrid * Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Till august 2026Hybrid with requirement to be in office as role requires (potentially 3-4 days/week) Overall Objectives of the Post:* Help council services to change and improve through the effective deployment of D&amp;ICT solutions * Scope, project manage and deliver successful digital and ICT projects * Manage all stakeholder engagement * This role will contribute to the successful delivery of the Council's ICT and Digital strategy and the 20 year vision of making South Tyneside an outstanding place to live, invest and bring up familiesKey Tasks of the Post:1. You will help services and teams to change and deliver service improvement, savings and efficiencies through digital and ICT solutions. You will* Help services and teams to identify and scope the opportunities for business change, service improvement, savings, efficiencies and other benefits arising from planned and actual ICT and digital projects.* Ensure the expected impact and benefits of projects are identified and considered as part of the project scoping and sign on, and that arrangements are implemented to support the ongoing reporting of the measures once the solution is operational.* Ensure that the scoping of projects is informed by data on current service volumes and performance, user 'discovery' sessions, a thorough understanding of current service delivery and processes, all stakeholder views and requirements, and an understanding of what can be achieved via the available digital and ICT solutions.
