Sales Executive - AUTOMOTIVE

💰 Salary: Competitive basic (negotiable) + Uncapped Commission

🔧 Your Role:

This is a pure sales role - no chasing, no cold calls, no admin headaches.

You'll:

• Manage your own portfolio of personal and business clients

• Handle inbound leasing enquiries - warm, ready-to-go leads

• Match customers with the perfect lease deals

• Close deals confidently over the phone

• Smash your targets and enjoy uncapped earnings

💰 Uncapped Earnings - Real Potential:

• Year 1 OTE: £45,000 - £55,000

• Year 2 OTE: £60,000 - £80,000

• Year 3 OTE: £100,000+

✅ What You'll Need:

• Proven telephone-based sales experience

• A background in automotive, leasing, finance, or insurance preferred

• Confidence, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset

• Target-driven with a hunger to learn and grow

• Strong computer skills & attention to detail
