We're looking for a dedicated Caretaker to join a growing team that supports housing across the region. 🔧 What You'll Be Doing: <ul><li>Carrying out regular property checks and reporting any repairs or safety concerns </li></ul><ul><li>Supporting new tenants with move-ins and basic inductions </li></ul><ul><li>Cleaning and preparing rooms between occupants </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinating with contractors and providing access when needed </li></ul><ul><li>Handling basic maintenance tasks - painting, sealing, minor plumbing or electrical fixes </li></ul><ul><li>Monitoring communal areas via CCTV and reporting any issues </li></ul><ul><li>Responding to tenant queries and concerns professionally </li></ul><ul><li>Keeping accurate records and managing your daily schedule </li></ul> 👤 Who We're Looking For: <ul><li>Previous experience in caretaking, property maintenance, or similar hands-on roles </li></ul><ul><li>Comfortable using mobile forms and basic tech for reporting </li></ul><ul><li>Friendly, approachable, and able to work independently </li></ul><ul><li>Good communication and organisational skills </li></ul><ul><li>Willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed </li></ul><ul><li>Able to travel between sites and manage a varied workload </li></ul> ✅ Requirements: <ul><li>Enhanced DBS check </li></ul><ul><li>Full UK Driving Licence </li></ul><ul><li>Basic computer skills (email, reports, dashboards) </li></ul><ul><li>Strong work ethic and attention to detail </li></ul> 💬 Ready to Make a Difference?
