Blue Arrow are looking for a Transport Supervisor to join our team in East Leake. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading teams to success, this could be the role for you. Location: East Leake Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM What You'll Be Doing: - Leading a team of up to 70 drivers - Overseeing the day-to-day transport operation across multiple sites - Coordinating with the customer's management team to ensure smooth service delivery - Managing the execution of the daily transport plan, ensuring legal and timely operations - Monitoring site resources and keeping the customer informed of any changes - Ensuring all safety procedures and operational processes are followed - Conducting timely investigations into safety incidents - Producing and reporting accurate KPIs to both internal teams and the customer About you: - Proven experience in a fast-paced logistics or transport environment - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing priorities - Health &amp; Safety qualifications are highly desirable ~ APPLY NOW ~Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
