Learning and Development Specialist Location: Hybrid (BS34 area with travel to Andover as required) Contract Type: Fixed Term (until 26 February 2027) Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum About the Role This is a dynamic and impactful opportunity to support the mobilisation of a high-profile new contract within the Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS). As Learning and Development Manager, you'll lead the delivery of training initiatives and development programmes that grow capability and support personnel across the tri-service recruitment landscape. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, conduct gap analyses, and develop Training Needs Analysis (TNA) reports. Your expertise will shape the design and delivery of blended learning solutions-ranging from classroom sessions to digital content-ensuring alignment with Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) standards.
