Full-time hours to be discussed during the interview.Salary: £38000.00Role Overview: You will lead and develop a team of Fulfilment Operatives and Team Leaders, fostering a positive, can-do culture. Your focus will be on delivering excellent operational performance, meeting service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring high standards in health, safety, and housekeeping.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote a positive workplace culture and strong employee relations through fair and effective people management.</li><li>Lead training and development initiatives to build team competence and encourage continuous improvement.</li><li>Ensure effective communication across all levels of the team, including timely completion of weekly team briefs.</li><li>Manage team performance and attendance, including disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and absence management.</li><li>Participate in recruitment and induction processes in collaboration with HR.</li><li>Handle administrative tasks and produce relevant reports (e.g., time &amp; attendance, holiday management).</li><li>Support and manage standard operating procedures to optimize fulfilment operations and meet client SLAs.</li><li>Oversee team budgets and labour planning to ensure efficient resource use.</li><li>Drive quality initiatives and identify areas for operational improvement.</li><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.</li><li>Travel to other facilities and fulfilment sites as required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience managing multi-channel/multi-client e-commerce fulfilment teams.</li><li>Strong customer focus and communication skills.</li><li>Proven leadership and management capabilities.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.</li><li>High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation and development opportunities.</li><li>A chance to work with a motivated, international team.</li><li>Exposure to innovative commerce trends and technologies.</li><li>Opportunities for international collaboration through our global network.</li></ul>Interested?
