🛍️ Retail Floor Manager - Leisure Site, Alresford Full-Time | £30,000 per annum | Tuesday to Saturday We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Floor Manager to join our team at a thriving leisure site in Alresford. About the Role: Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the indoor retail shop floor, which includes a diverse range of products such as homeware, gifts, and seasonal items. This is a full-time position (circa 40 hours per week), working Tuesday to Saturday, giving you a regular two-day weekend (Sunday and Monday off). While there are no direct reports at present, this role has the potential to evolve into a team leadership position as the retail operation grows.
