£13.50 per hour | 40 hours per week | 5 days over 7 | 1 weekend day | 8:30am-5:00pm

Are you a people-focused, hands-on hospitality professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our vibrant team at our 125-seater café located within a popular leisure destination in Chichester.

🧩 The Role:
As 3rd in command, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the café, supporting the management team and leading the FOH team to deliver exceptional service. This is a hands-on role where your energy, attention to detail, and leadership will shine.

✅ What You'll Be Doing:
Supervising and motivating the FOH team to deliver a warm, efficient service
Supporting with rotas, stock control, and daily operations
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction
Acting as a key point of contact for customer queries and feedback
Working one weekend day per week as part of your 5-day rota

Previous experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role
A natural leader with a can-do attitude and strong communication skills
