Business Development Manager (6-Month FTC) Location: Central London (Hybrid Working) Salary: £40,000 per annum (pro rata) Contract: Full-Time, 6-Month Fixed Term Contract Make your next move at a world-leading university. Previous experience in the events, higher education, or talent/communications sectors would be advantageous. You'll work at the intersection of academia and industry, helping to increase revenue, expand our speaker portfolio, and grow ASB's visibility across corporate, non-profit, government, and academic clients. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Proactively identify and convert new business and speaking opportunities</li><li>Develop and maintain strong client relationships across sectors</li><li>Expand and diversify our network of speakers by onboarding new academics</li><li>Prepare compelling proposals, speaker summaries, and sales collateral</li><li>Manage ASB's marketing and communication strategy, including social media and promotional materials</li><li>Track, report, and analyse performance against KPIs including revenue, engagement, and client satisfaction</li></ul> About You <ul><li>We're looking for someone with:</li><li>Proven business development and client relationship management experience</li><li>A background in marketing, sales, or communications</li><li>Excellent copywriting and presentation skills</li><li>The ability to work autonomously and proactively in a fast-paced, professional environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills</li><li>Experience using CRM systems and working towards KPIs</li><li>Previous experience in the events, higher education, or talent/communications sectors would be advantageous.</li></ul> Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
