Job Title: Outbound Information Advisor
Location: Remote (with occasional office-based work in Central London)
Contract Type: Temporary (approx. 4-6 weeks)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (between 8:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

About the Role:
We're recruiting Outbound Information Advisors for a short-term assignment where you'll play a key role in delivering clear, consistent communication to customers.
This is a scripted, outbound calling role where you'll be contacting clients to advise them of important changes and confirming they've received written communications. It's a great opportunity for confident communicators who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
Making outbound calls to customers using a provided script
Advising clients of recent changes and confirming receipt of written communications
Logging call outcomes accurately and professionally
Representing the brand with clarity, confidence, and care

What We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
High levels of confidence and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
A proactive attitude
Previous customer service experience (contact centre or similar) preferred
Comfortable working remotely with occasional office attendance
