Blue Arrow are recruiting for a Processing Technician to work for our tech client based in Stockport.
The role is to deliver high standard of testing, diagnosis and repair of electronic devices including but not limited to mobile phones, Apple Computers and game consoles.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Testing and diagnosis devices including iPhones, Apple Computers and Game consoles
* Replacement components such as LCDs, batteries, cameras etc on mainly Apple mobile phones
* Replacement and repair of components such as optical drive, power source, chassis on Game consoles
* Must hit KPI's and maintain a high-quality standard.
* Must maintain high quality standards when handling inbound product to ensure as an individual and department we are striving to achieve our RFT standards and expectations outlined in the departments RFT concept
* Record precisely all parts used for repair in our internal system.
* Must be responsible and take ownership for all allocated devices to him/her.
* Responsibility for work bench, tools and equipment given.
* General housekeeping to ensure that high H&S standards are maintained.
* Flexibility with overtime when required.
* Work in other departments as and when required in line with customer and business needs
Key Skills & Experience:
Must have:
* Experience in mobile phone and Apple computer repairs - Apple (mandatory), Samsung
* Experience in Game console repair - Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch
* Passion for all kinds of repair repairs
* Ability to hit given target.
* Attention on details.
* Team player
* Basic Microsoft Office skills
* Willingness to develop themselves.
* A good level of spoken and written English
* A good level of spoken and written English
* High level of accuracy with great attention to detail
* Experienced and comfortable with a fast-paced target driven environment
* Hard-working and punctual
* Positive attitude
* IT literate and proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
* Self-motivated with the drive to act on own initiative as well as work effectively as part of a team
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
* Maintain outstanding stock and workspace condition in compliance with H&S policies and procedures
Preferred:
* Experience in repairs of other brands and model are highly welcomed
Working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
7am - 7pm
The pay rate is £13.37ph
