Your Day-to-Day

* Lead the shop from first coffee to close
* Inspire and support your team to deliver exceptional service
* Maintain high standards in food, coffee, and presentation
* Get hands-on with our fresh brunch menu (smoothie bowls, pancakes, egg dishes, toasties, soups)
* Manage stock, rotas, orders, and supplier relationships
* Drive sales and manage costs
* Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
