About the role
As an Injection Mould Tool Setter, you will be responsible for the efficient changes and setting of the tools that produce our products
Tool Setters take ownership of tool changes from slinging to setting and all the things in between. Being accountable and comfortable with this responsibility is essential; you will be driven by success knowing exactly what needs to be done.
You will have tool-setting experience within an injection moulding environment and possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of quality within a busy role.

Hours of work
This role operates over an alternating shift pattern, Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm with an early finish on Fridays.
Salary
The salary for this role is £32,000+ 15% alternating shift premium & bonuses
Day to day duties
- Carry out all necessary tool, material and colour changes within a Injection moulding environment
- Maintaining good standards throughout the shop floor
- Recommend modifications or improvements to increase productivity and quality
- Maximising machine utilisation & overall equipment effectiveness
- Be flexible enough to take on tasks that are not part of your day to day activities
- Engaged in CI initiatives & 5S to drive positive change within your area of function
- Full compliance with all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Ensuring all production, QMS data, and visual standards are maintained and up to date
