Warehouse Team Leader - Rework Operations
📍 Location: Corby
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
💰 Pay: £15.75 per hour
📅 Contract: Temporary (ASAP start until 31st December 2025) - Full-time hours, no formal contract

We're looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Corby, overseeing the rework of client products and guiding small teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the rework of products to client specifications
Indirectly lead and support teams of 6-10 operatives
Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
Provide clear direction and ensure smooth daily operations
Motivate and drive team performance
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in a junior warehouse management or supervisory role
Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for spotting errors
Confident communicator with leadership qualities
Self-motivated and proactive - ready to take initiative
