Warehouse Operative - Raunds

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for Parcel Sorters working on a night shift pattern to start immediately with our well-established client in Raunds NN9,

As a Parcel Sorter you will need to be working towards tight deadlines. Would you consider yourself a hardworking, dedicated and enjoys working in a team environment? Location:
Raunds NN9

Hours:
1:00am - 09:30am (Night shift work across 7 days a week)

Contract:
Temp ongoing full-time hours

You must have steel safety toe cap shoes available to work on site.

Warehouse Operative Duties
* Picking/Packing of goods
* Sorting and moving materials on to racks and shelves
* Assisting with unloading of vehicles and the checking in of stock.
* Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickups
* Scanning packages and ensure they are managed effectively
* Unloading trailers or placing parcels from chutes in the correct location
* Heavy lifting of parcels

Warehouse Operative Skills
* Delivery of high standards of customer service and care of parcels
* High level of accuracy and efficiency
* Effective communication and teamwork
* Compliance with health and safety standards
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and standards
* Previous experience of working in a Warehouse
* Able to meet physical demands due to heavy lifting and long working hours
