Location: Livingston Rota: Mon-Fri 0800-1500 Rate: £13.50/hour Job Purpose: To provide administrative support and coordinate the planning and scheduling of works, ensuring efficient operations and timely delivery of services. This role involves liaising with internal teams, contractors, and clients to maintain accurate records, manage workflows, and support project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule works in line with operational requirements and client expectations. Maintain and update job tracking systems and databases. Coordinate with field teams and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks. Prepare and distribute work orders, reports, and documentation.
