DBS Catering Assistant - Coventry

School Site Assistant/Caretaker required to work at a school in South Birmingham. This role will be ongoing from 1st September working a split shift pattern. As a caretaker/site assistant you will be required to:<ul><li>Ensuring the security of the school's premises and grounds, locking at the appropriate times, closing of windows and setting of alarms. Visiting multiple sites per day, your main duties and responsibilities will include: * To provide pest prevention services to a wide customer base, both commercial and domestic. * Carry out routine inspections to sites and advise on hygiene, housekeeping and proofing issues to help reduce the risk of pest activity as well as carry out control programmes. * Write reports and communicate directly with customers. * Planning your day to ensure that you can service our customers effectively and on time * Be knowledgeable about pest species the company deal with - rodents, birds and insects. We are looking for a maintenance assistant to work for a hospice in the Birmingham area.
