Business Developer - London - Perm full time 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday = 35k basic plus bonus OTE 70k
We are looking to expand our dynamic sales team by hiring a driven and results-oriented Business Developer. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our client base by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for outbound sales efforts, developing leads, and building long-term client relationships.
- Proven experience in new business development or sales
- Confident and professional in face-to-face client meetings
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Target-driven and results-focused
- Skilled in consultative sales approaches
- Making cold calls to prospective business clients
- Developing new business relationships
- Growing the customer base through effective sales strategies
- Arranging and attending face-to-face meetings
- Conducting sales calls over the phone
- Identifying and developing new sales leads
- Negotiating prices and supporting tender submissions
