Client Project Manager - Property Maintenance &amp; Construction - London Full-Time, Permanent - Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 (Basic) OTE 70k-90k Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmO We're looking for a Client Project Manager to join our high-performance team-someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering value from first contact to final invoice. What You'll Do As a Client Project Manager, you'll own the end-to-end delivery cycle, including: Client Acquisition - Secure and grow client accounts Quoting &amp; Estimating - Prepare competitive and clear proposals Job Scheduling &amp; Delivery - Coordinate trades and materials Project Oversight - Ensure quality and client satisfaction Invoicing &amp; Collections - Drive timely payment and profitability All while using tech tools and CRM systems to stay ahead.
