🧺 Laundry Assistant - Hospital Setting 📍 Location: York 🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:00pm Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collect, sort, and process hospital laundry including linens, uniforms, and patient clothing.</li><li>Operate industrial washing, drying, and ironing equipment.</li><li>Ensure all laundry is cleaned and returned to departments in a timely and hygienic manner.</li><li>Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean working environment.</li><li>Report any equipment issues or supply shortages.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is desirable but not essential.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Good physical stamina and attention to detail.</li><li>Enhanced Adult &amp; Child DBS is essential for this role.</li></ul>Join us in making a difference behind the scenes in patient care.
