Location: Hybrid - Head Office based in Canary Wharf, London
Salary: £12.30 per hour
Commission: Uncapped commission structure, paid monthly. On-target earnings of £5,000 per annum (Commission is non-contractual and subject to change)
Working Hours
* Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
* Shifts between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday
* Saturday: 8am - 4pm | Sunday: 9am - 4pm
* Includes one weekend day every other week (weekday given in lieu)
Role Overview
We are seeking a fluent Danish and English-speaking Travel Agent to join a dynamic team supporting our client who specialises in holiday bookings. The role involves handling inbound calls, understanding customer needs, and delivering exceptional service while driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound calls for both sales and customer service
* Process service requests using client systems
* Identify customer needs and generate sales
* Modify, cancel, or confirm existing bookings
* Upsell additional services, products, and extended stays
* Perform other reasonable duties as required
Essential Skills
* Fluent in Danish and English
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
* Emotionally resilient and professional
* Detail-oriented and able to multitask
* Experience in customer service or sales (Essential)
* Understanding of call centre KPIs and practices (Preferred)
