Customer Service AdvisorBelper, Derbyshire.We're on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor who's ready to bring energy, empathy, and excellence to every customer interaction. Full time permanent basis with potential annual salary between £26,000-£28,000 Hours: Mon - Sun - 39.5 per week.Basic working hours: - 8:00am - 18:00pm (Monday - Friday) On a rota basis: - 8:00am - 15:00pm (Saturday) - 8:00am - 12:00pm (Sunday)What duties would you be doing in the Customer Service Advisor role? - You will be helping and advising customers that contact either through telephone, email, SMS live chat or WhatsApp to arrange engineer visits. - You will gain a full understanding of each customers situation and recognising opportunities and deliver brilliant customer service. - Work alongside of the contact centre processes and targets to deliver a professional service. - Work closely with customers to keep them up to date and happy with the customer service they have received.Requirements: - GCSE Grade 4 or above (or equivalent) in English. - A genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer support. - Confidence using Microsoft Office and navigating online platforms. - A friendly and approachable personality with strong communication skills. - A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow. - Previous experience in a customer-facing or contact centre role is essential. - Ability to stay motivated whether working independently or as part of a team.
