Hotel, nestled in the scenic countryside and minutes from Salisbury Town is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee our vibrant restaurant and bar operations. With 44 modern bedrooms and a reputation for hosting weddings, conferences, and romantic getaways, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable dining experiences.

🌟 What You'll Do
* Lead and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and high tea.
* Manage kitchen operations including stock control, food safety, and hygiene standards.
* Collaborate with the Events and Front of House teams to support weddings, conferences, and private functions.
* Innovate seasonal menus with options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free guests.
* Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards of presentation and taste.

* Proven experience in a similar role within a hotel or high-volume restaurant.
