Blue Arrow are recruiting for an experienced Senior Hotel Duty Manager for our client based in the Solihull area.

Working in a Country Hotel specialising in weddings & events over seeing day to day operations alongside the General Manager, your duties will include:
* Overseeing day to day front of house, back of house & events operations
* Addressing guest concerns, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service
* Supervising staff on duty - Managing and motivating front-of-house teams, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance
* Maintaining the highest levels of standards throughout the entire venue
* Conduct briefings to junior staff members
* Enforcing hotel policies and procedures, ensuring consistent service quality, and adhering to health and safety regulations
* Effectively communicating with staff, guests, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and information flow
* Identifying and resolving operational issues, handling guest complaints, and finding solutions to unexpected challenges

* Willingness to assist on any section whether it be helping the potwash keep up, helping the front of house staff run orders during busy periods or check guests in on arrival
