We work on a large-scale, innovative and strategic projects. In this role, you'll be the expert that engineers and customers turn to for clear, confident support over the phone. Full time permanent basis. Hours: Mon - Sat - 39.5 per week. Basic working hours: - 8:00am - 18:00pm (Monday - Friday) On a rota basis: - 8.00am - 12.00pm (Saturday) What duties would you be doing in the Technical Advisor role? - You will be a part of a friendly Technical Service team, supporting engineers and customers over via telephone. - Use your knowledge to explain technical info clearly and confidently. - Understand customer needs and offer helpful, practical advice with a professional tone. - Deliver excellent service while staying calm and clear under pressure. - Work towards achievable targets and KPIs with support from your team. - Enjoy a role where your problem-solving skills and communication really make a difference.
