Are you a compassionate and experienced care professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a dedicated Care Leader to join a warm and supportive residential care team, where your leadership will directly enhance the lives of our residents.

Your Role

As Care Leader, you'll lead a team of 3-8 care staff, ensuring high standards of person-centred care are delivered consistently. You'll be hands-on in supporting residents, managing rotas, and guiding your team with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional care
• Manage rotas to ensure optimal staffing and continuity of care
• Ensure care plans are followed, monitored, and updated in partnership with residents
• Administer and oversee medication safely and accurately
• Support staff development through training and performance feedback
• Maintain clear communication across the team and with families
• Promote wellbeing, dignity, and independence for every resident
• Uphold policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety

What You'll Bring

• Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Strong experience in residential care settings
• Confident in risk assessments, care planning, and reviews
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A genuine passion for improving lives
