Blue Arrow is recruiting professional Class 1 HGV Drivers for a long-term logistics operation in East Leake. This is a brilliant opportunity to secure consistent night work with excellent pay and a clear path to permanent employment. Newly qualified drivers are encouraged to apply-full support and guidance will be provided.

Temp to Perm After 13 Weeks
Drivers who show reliability and strong performance will be offered a permanent contract after a successful 13-week period.

Pay Rate (PAYE):

- £17.70 per hour
- Nights only
- Monday to Friday
- Start time: 18:00

Your Role:

This is a trunking-only position, transporting building materials between XPO sites-known internally as Interworks. No cage movements, no handball, and no site deliveries. The operation is clean, well-organized, and safety-focused, offering a smooth and professional driving experience.

Requirements:

- Valid LGV1 (Category C+E) licence
- Up-to-date Digi Tacho and CPC
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DD/DR/IN codes)
- New passes welcome-training and support provided
