This role involves making outbound calls to clients who have recently received written updates regarding changes within the business. Advisors will ensure clients have received and understood the communication, providing clarity and support where needed. This is a highly scripted role, ideal for individuals who are comfortable spending the majority of their day on the phone and can deliver consistent, professional communication. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to clients in both Spanish and English, following a provided script. * Confirm receipt of recent company communications and ensure clients understand the updates. * Provide clear and concise information regarding business changes. * Record call outcomes accurately and maintain detailed notes in the system. * Escalate any client concerns or queries to the appropriate internal teams. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions. * Collaborate with team members and attend virtual meetings as required. * Be available for occasional office presence if based near London.
