We're recruiting three Senior Healthcare Assistants to join a well-established care home in Wrexham, where your skills and dedication will make a real difference every day. What You'll Do: Provide high-quality personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support Supervise and support junior care staff Contribute to care planning and ensure care is delivered to the highest standards Administer and record medications (following training and protocols) Monitor and report changes in resident's health and wellbeing Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals Keep accurate and up-to-date care records Promote independence and dignity in all aspects of care What We're Looking For: Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health &amp; Social Care (Level 3 preferred) Previous experience in a senior or supervisory care role Strong leadership and communication skills Proof of right to work in the UK and National Insurance Ability to commit to 36 hours per week Own transport is essential due to limited public transport access If you're passionate about delivering outstanding care and ready to lead by example, we'd love to hear from you.
