Part Time School Receptionist Location: Southwell Hourly rate: £12.64p/h Working hours: Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri 12pm -4pm and Wed 8am -4pm Shifts: between Monday - Friday Contract type: Temporary on going Start date: 2nd September 2025 We are looking for reliable, friendly and hardworking Part Time School Receptionist to work on a temporary basis at a vibrant and welcoming school community, committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment for students, staff and visitors. You will be the first point of contact at the busy school reception. *Please note an Enhanced DBS will be required for school based roles ( we can help you obtain this if you don't have one)* Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist pupils, parents, staff and visitors in a professional manner * Answer incoming calls, take messages and direct calls appropriately * Managing incoming and outgoing mail deliveries * Assist with admin tasks including data entry, filling and record keeping * Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times As a Part Time School Receptionist you will have the following skills: * Previous receptionist or administrative experience is desirable * Excellent communication skills and customer service * Work well under pressure * Reliable, professional and a friendly helpful attitude * Enhanced DBS may be required for school based roles ( we can help you obtain this if you don't have one) Benefits of the role: * Flexible hours * Local work opportunities * Work life balance - with only working Part time hours you maybe able to allocate time to other responsibilities How to apply: If you would like to apply for this role please click apply button and submit your up-to-date CV and follow the online registration process.
