Blue Arrow is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a valued client in Kelso for a skilled and efficient Chef to join their on-site catering team for a 12-week contract.

🔹 About the Role

This is a fast-paced, front-facing kitchen environment serving a busy production workforce. You'll be responsible for preparing and serving:

• Breakfast: Hot morning rolls with popular fillings

• Lunch: Homemade soup, hot main courses, pies, pastries, chips, and baked potatoes

• Hospitality Catering: Sandwich platters and finger buffets for board meetings and client visits

The kitchen is open plan, so you'll need to be confident in front-of-house service, maintain a clean and tidy workspace, and work with speed and precision.

🗓️ Shift Pattern

• Monday-Thursday: 06:30 - 14:15

• Friday: 07:00 - 11:00

• Total Hours: 35 per week
