Blue Arrow are looking for a Transport Planner to help manage daily routes. If you enjoy solving problems and making logistics run smoothly, this could be the role for you. Location: Gotham, Nottingham Salary: £32,000 per year Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm What You'll Do: * Plan daily transport routes to save time and reduce costs * Organise stock, trade, and backhaul movements between depots * Assign loads and manage carriers * Communicate with site teams and planners to keep everything on track * Share updates and flag any issues early * Join daily planning calls and write end-of-day reports * Keep records up to date and help cover for absences * Follow health &amp; safety rules and support team improvements * Work closely with others and promote a flexible, positive team culture * Represent the client through great service and smart planning What We're Looking For: * Experience in transport planning or logistics * Good communication skills * Confident using Excel, Word, and Outlook * Detail-focused and results-driven Problem solver with a customer-first mindset * Able to work independently and take ownership * Reliable, honest, and flexible * Can follow instructions and manage priorities Desirable Knowledge: * Understanding of transport operations * Familiar with driver hours and route planning systems ~APPLY NOW~Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
