Location: Fradley Park, Lichfield
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift Start Times: Between 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join our busy warehouse team at Fradley Park. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in pallet networking or high-volume goods movement who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate a counterbalance forklift to move goods safely and efficiently
* Load and unload trailers
* Handle 150-200 pallets per shift
* Work collaboratively to meet tight deadlines
* Follow all health and safety procedures

Requirements
* Valid and in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence
* Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or pallet network environment
* Ability to manage high pallet volumes
* Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
* Flexibility with evening shift start times
