Are you an experienced chef looking to work Monday - Fri 9am -5pm to create a better work/life balance?
Blue Arrow is currently looking for a chef to join their client in Kilmarnock's kitchen team. This is a commercial/production kitchen.
Starts 11th August
Ongoing contract (min 8 weeks)
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
* Cook and prepare high quality dishes.
* Always maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
* Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created.

Essential:
* Health and safety and food hygiene certificates
* Minimum 1 years' relevant experience
* Awareness of manual handling techniques
* Competent level of English spoken and written

Desirable:
* Food Hygiene Level 2 or above
* City & Guilds 706/1 or 706/2 Catering/ NVQ Level 2 in cookery
