Job Title: Operations Support - Resource Planner Location: Warwick Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week) Salary: &pound;28,193 per annum Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts scheduled in advance, including: - Monday to Friday: 07:30-16:30, 08:00-17:00, 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00 - Saturdays: 08:30-14:00 (1 in 3 rotation) *Shifts will be adjusted accordingly during weeks with Saturday work to maintain a 40-hour work week.* About the Role We're looking for a proactive and organised Resource Planner to join our Operations Support team. In this role, you'll be responsible for optimising the daily schedules of our field engineering workforce, ensuring customer appointments are met in line with service level agreements. You'll act as a key point of contact for engineers and team managers, providing real-time support and helping to resolve scheduling issues efficiently and professionally.
