We're looking for a dynamic and passionate Assistant Nursery Manager to join us at our brand-new nursery, opening soon. As our Assistant Manager, you'll support the Nursery Manager in launching and running the nursery to the highest standards. From day-to-day operations to team leadership and compliance, you'll play a vital role in building a thriving setting from the ground up.You'll be responsible for:<ul data-start="1165" data-end="1574"><li data-start="1165" data-end="1257">Supporting nursery setup and helping to embed routines, policies, and the EYFS framework</li><li data-start="1258" data-end="1307">Leading and mentoring a passionate staff team</li><li data-start="1308" data-end="1380">Creating a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children</li><li data-start="1381" data-end="1442">Liaising with parents, carers, and external professionals</li><li data-start="1443" data-end="1506">Taking full responsibility in the Nursery Manager's absence</li><li data-start="1507" data-end="1574">Driving occupancy and supporting the marketing of our new setting</li></ul><hr data-start="1576" data-end="1579" /><h3 data-start="1581" data-end="1611">🧩 Who We're Looking For</h3>We're seeking someone with energy, experience, and a genuine love for early years care.
