Are you ready to play a key role in shaping a new and inspiring early years setting? We're looking for a dynamic and passionate Assistant Nursery Manager to join us at our brand-new nursery, opening soon.

As our Assistant Manager, you'll support the Nursery Manager in launching and running the nursery to the highest standards. From day-to-day operations to team leadership and compliance, you'll play a vital role in building a thriving setting from the ground up.

You'll be responsible for:

• Supporting nursery setup and helping to embed routines, policies, and the EYFS framework

• Leading and mentoring a passionate staff team

• Creating a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children

• Liaising with parents, carers, and external professionals

• Taking full responsibility in the Nursery Manager's absence

• Driving occupancy and supporting the marketing of our new setting

🧩 Who We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with energy, experience, and a genuine love for early years care. You'll also need:

• A Level 3 or above Early Years qualification

• Previous leadership or senior practitioner experience in an early years setting

• Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards

• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to inspire a new team

• Confidence in building parent partnerships and supporting enrolment
